Roar Haugland became EVP People, Sustainability & Digitalisation of Scatec in 2010. From 10 January 2024 he will also serve as interim EVP Sub-Saharan Africa. He has more than 20 years of experience from leading positions in Business Development, Sales and Management from large multinational companies such as HP and IBM. Haugland holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, Norway.
