Benedicte Elisabeth Schilbred Fasmer Daniel Eriksson Patrick Moulette Guro Slettemark Helge Kvamme
Description

Norway supports important international initiatives aimed at grand corruption and towards more transparency, accountability, and sustainable development. The FACTI Panel, established by the UN General Assembly and the UN Economic and Social Council to look at measures within accountability, transparency, and integrity to achieve the sustainability goals, including measures against grand corruption, presented it´s report on 25 February this year with 14 recommendations. The work was financed by and with participation from Norway.

The report calls for more private sector initiatives: "The private sector needs to cultivate a stronger culture of integrity so businesses comply with the letter and spirit of all laws".
