Grete has a background as a teacher and headmaster, but worked with social responsibility and anti-corruption since 2001. Was CSR-manager at det Norwegian State lottery from 2003-2006, head of social responsibility in Helse Sør-Øst RHF from 2009 to 2017 and is now head of unit in Sykehusinnkjøp (Norwegian Hospital Procurement) for the department for social responsibility. Has been responsible for developing anti-corruption programs and following this up in both Helse Sør-Øst and Sykehusinnkjøp.
