Tor Dølvik is special advisor in Transparency International Norway. He has headed TI Norway's promotion of anti-corruption programs in the municipal sector. Dølvik has a degree in political science and has specialized in local government issues. He has worked as an expert both at the ministerial and municipal level, as well as a private consultant and research fellow.
