Anne is a partner in Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP’s Anti-Corruption & Internal Investigations. Based in Paris, her practice focuses on advising European multinational companies on compliance with international and national anti-corruption, economic sanctions and export controls, anti-money laundering, data protection and ESG frameworks and standards. She has represented clients in a range of inquiries by the U.S. DOJ and SEC, Norway’s Økokrim, France’s Agence Française Anti-Corruption, French prosecution services, and multilateral development banks, including the World Bank Group. 
 
She has significant experience assisting clients in designing and implementing risk-based corporate compliance programs, conducting internal investigations, compliance reviews, risk assessments and third-party due diligence around the globe, with a particular focus on Africa, Asia, Europe & the Middle-East. In 2020, she was recognized as one of 40 of the world’s leading young investigations specialists under 40 by the Global Investigations Review 2020, and in 2021 she was named to the Global Investigations Review Women in Investigations 2021 list.
 
Anne is a member of the District of Columbia (US), New York (US), Norway, and Paris (France) Bars.
